O'Donnell and Whelan of Fantini & Gorga place $13.86 million financing

Fantini & Gorga has arranged a $13.86 million financing on the Center of New Hampshire Office Tower and Parking Garage in downtown. The transaction involved the acquistion of a 98,000 s/f multi-tenanted office building and the refinance of a 950 space adjacent parking garage. The loan was placed by Tim O'Donnell, principal and Mark Whelan, director. "Our lender provided very attractive pricing and flexibility with respect to future advances for tenant and capital improvements. We were delighted with their attentiveness and focus in helping us once again assist this long-standing client," said O'Donnell. The Center of New Hampshire complex is located at 650 Elm St., next to the Hotel Radissson and across from the Verizon Center, Manchester's premier center for entertainment and the performing arts. Fantini & Gorga placed the loan with an international banking institution. Fantini & Gorga is one of New England's leading mortgage banking firms.
