Joyce O'Connor of Joyce B. O'Connor Real Estate recently completed the following transactions:
* Oakman Enterprises Inc. has leased 4,000 s/f at 208 Southbridge St. Oakman is a construction company and also has a complete line of hardware. Anthony Oakman is the prinipal and Gary Pike is the owner of the property. O'Connor represented both the tenant and the owner.
* Extreme Dance Academy is now located at 45 River St., Millbury. The tenant moved from Rte. 146. The dance academy is 3,000 s/f . Owner of the former mill is Vadteck. O'Connor represented both the lessee and the lessor.
* Stephanie Atchue leased 1,250 s/f at Westside Palza at 850 Southbridege St. The plaza is owned by VJD Partners.
*Miracle Ear of Auburn has moved from the Sears store to 1,800 s/f at 567 Southbridge St. at the Heritage Plaza. Don Gross the franchisee has done the renovations and has signed a five year lease. O'Connor represented both the tenant and the owner, Heritage Mall Associates.
Hingham, MA The Conrad Group has brokered the sale of 55 Research Rd., South Shore Park. The property consists of a 20,340 s/f single story manufacturing building on two acres of land.
