O'Connell Co. completes sale of Citgo gas station for John and Vincent DiPilato
O'Connell Co., Inc. Commercial Industrial Real Estate of Framingham has completed a significant sale. The Dipilato Citgo station with fuel, C-store and Dunkin Donuts at 270 Shrewsbury St. Rte. 140, serving the area with gas , diesel fuel and repairs for over 60 years has been sold for an undisclosed price.
The buyer is a Dunkin Donuts franchisee, J&M Batista Family Ltd. Partnership. The buyer plans a complete upgrade of the property.
