O’Brien Wealth Partners moves to Waltham

Waltham, MA O’Brien Wealth Partners, LLC, an independent wealth management firm providing financial planning and investment services, recently relocated from 177 Huntington Ave. in Boston to a newly built office space at 51 Sawyer Rd. Proficient Builders constructed the venue from a core shell condition in 3 months and was able to manage lead-time delivery issues with light fixtures and VAV boxes on schedule.

Fusion Design reviewed the existing space in Boston and incorporated specific elements requested by O’Brien into the new Waltham space including open ceilings in the reception, café, and board room, glass walls and doors to maximize natural light (by Arch Street Glass), and workstations located along the window line. The client realized significant savings by reusing and relocating their existing furniture to the new space.

Jill Fopiano, CEO of the firm, said, “We couldn’t be happier with the space. It feels light, bright, and open, and reflects the collaborative and transparent way in which we work with our clients.”

The project was managed by Fraser Project Management representing O’Brien Wealth Partners and CBRE was the building landlord.
