O’Brien and Snay join Sanborn, Head & Associates, Inc.’s development practice

Westford, MA According to Sanborn, Head & Associates, Inc., Susan O’Brien and Timothy Snay have joined the firm’s growing development practice in leadership roles.

Both Susan and Tim bring solid technical skills that will help us stay on the leading-edge of our practice and a passion for responsive service that will deepen our commitment to client service.”

O’Brien, project director, is a licensed site professional with more than 20 years of experience planning, performing, and managing complex multi-phase investigations and remedial actions at contaminated properties. She has particular expertise in helping clients navigate the requirements of the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) with the goal of property reuse and redevelopment. O’Brien brings to Sanborn Head a very strong project management discipline that she combines with a genuine interest in building trusted relationships with clients and other members of her project teams.

Snay, vice president, is a licensed site professional and licensed environmental professional who is skilled at collaborating with project teams to balance the technical, regulatory, and financial needs of a project. Through his more than 30 years as a consulting scientist, Snay has developed expertise in environmental due diligence, site investigation and remediation, brownfields redevelopment, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in the environment and building materials, and emerging contaminants.

Snaym brings a sense of urgency to his work, enjoys working closely with colleagues and clients and believes that through collaboration, we achieve better and lasting outcomes.
