O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties brokers four new leases

37 Ayer Road - Littleton, MA

Littleton, MA Eric O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties has arranged three leases at 37 Ayer Rd.  totaling 21,868 s/f. The leases include:

Eric O’Brien

• Fastenal Company has expanded and leased 5,600 s/f. The company will take occupancy soon. 

• Parkside Utility Construction vacated the new Fastenal space and has 3,000 s/f along with its 40,000 s/f outdoor yard space. 

• Compliance Management Group renewed its lease at the property for 12,668 s/f. 

O’Brien represented landlord, Nehemiah LLC in all three transactions.

O’Brien has also secured a lease with OYO Toys Inc. at 108 Forest Ave. in Hudson. 

OYO has leased the first floor of the building and will operate its corporate headquarters from this location. O’Brien represented OYO Toys.
