Connect Pay Payroll Services is relocating its offices to the Concord Office Center at 2352 Main St. Eric O'Brien, president, O'Brien Commercial Properties exclusively represents the building owner and procured the tenant for a 2,000 s/f long term lease on the third floor of the first class office building owned and managed by RGK Partners of Acton. The Emerson Group represented the tenant in lease negotiations.
"With only about 20,000 s/f left available at the property now, the building will lease up fairly quickly because the rents are at least $5 per s/f lower than other comparable Concord addresses," said O'Brien. "The landlord is being very aggressive with free rent and new tenant fit-up to secure quality tenants in this challenging economic climate."
