O'Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. brokers 27,000 s/f in leases for Publishers Circulation Fulfillment

Bret O'Brien, president of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. out of Marlborough, recently represented Publishers Circulation Fulfillment in leasing 27,000 s/f of distribution space as follows: * 15,008 s/f new lease at 371 Dorchester Ave, Boston; * 6,000 s/f new lease at 5 Probber Ln., Fall River; and * 6,000 s/f lease extension at 128 Park St., Beverly. O'Brien acted as the companies tenant representative in each of these three transactions, which varied in size and location, but were otherwise identical requirements. The company delivers newspapers for The Boston Globe, Boston Herald, The Wall Street Journal and most of the other regional and local papers with significant distribution in the state. In order to facilitate daily delivery to homes and business, the company operates strategically located facilities that receive tractor trailers and box trucks from the newspapers between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. Carriers make their delivery routes from these locations between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m., typically in vehicles that are owned by the carriers.
