O'Brien Commercial Properties secured a lease renewal for 67 Buena Vista. DCS is a defense contractor head quartered in Virginia and has expanded into the entire 14,500 s/f building. O'Brien Commercial represents the building owner, Aspect Realty, while the tenant was represented by The Ezra Company.
O'Brien Commercial has also brokered a lease of 4,865 s/f of space at 40 Beharrell St. in Concord, Mass., to Weymouth Enterprises. The landlord, Concord Littleton Properties was represented by O'Brien Commercial, and they also procured the tenant. Weymouth Enterprises chose the building because of its unique industrial characteristics, affordability and recent installation of fiber tele-communications by the town.
Also, Spindle Mattress, LLC has leased 4,800 s/f of space at 12-A Craig Road in Acton, Mass. from landlord O'Brien Investment Management. Spindle expects to begin operating at this location this month. They will be producing and distributing mattresses sold via the internet. O'Brien Commercial represented the landlord and procured the tenant.
