Northwood NH Brian O'Brien, RPA, managing broker and Chris McMahon, sales and leasing of NAI Norwood Group represented the seller, Lakeview Antique Center, LLC in the sale of a 5,679 s/f retail property on US Rte. 4. The sale price of $353,000. The property has been used as an antique store since early 2000 until the recent sale to Maize & Blue, LLC. The new owner has plans to renovate the property and convert into medical office space for Northwood Family Dental with additional space on the second floor being converted for apartments.
