O’Brien and Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. broker $1.9 million in sales

Ashland, MA Bret O’Brien and James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. completed two sales totaling $1.9 million.

In the first transaction, the O’Brien/Keefe team represented the seller and procured the buyer in the sale of 1.7 acres on the corner of Megunko Rd. and Cherry St. The industrial zoned land is a virgin wooded lot that included site plan approval for 12,325 s/f of single-story industrial garage bay product. Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. was the sole broker of record in this transaction that set a new bar for industrial land sales in the area. The O’Brien/Keefe team achieved a full price offer at $975,000 which represents a price of $79 per buildable s/f. This price per buildable s/f represents the highest in that category ever achieved by a broker in this area. 

The second transaction at 94 Main St. in Northborough, Mass. consisted of a 9,336 s/f investment property for $925,000. The O’Brien/Keefe team represented the buyer in this off-market transaction, in which their client achieved tremendous value not available in the open market.
