The tenant Aerial Wireless specializes in cell tower technology, and was represented by Bob Burke of American Commercial Real Estate.
The leased space consists of 5,000 s/f of office and the balance warehouse space serviced by two tailboard loading docks and one overhead drive in door.
125 Depot St. is an 87,200 s/f building that is now over 50% leased. The property is also listed for sale by GBCP.
