O'Brien and Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. handle 16,000 s/f lease at 125 Depot Street
Bret O'Brien and Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) recently represented the landlord in a 16,000 s/f lease at 125 Depot St.
The tenant Aerial Wireless specializes in cell tower technology, and was represented by Bob Burke of American Commercial Real Estate.
The leased space consists of 5,000 s/f of office and the balance warehouse space serviced by two tailboard loading docks and one overhead drive in door.
125 Depot St. is an 87,200 s/f building that is now over 50% leased. The property is also listed for sale by GBCP.
