Nuss of Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC brokers the sale of 74 Greenleaf St. for $700,000 to City of Quincy

Quincy, MA The non-profit asset division of Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC has brokered the sale of 74 Greenleaf St., on behalf of Work, Inc. The 4,325 s/f, 11-room, 3-level wood frame building sited on a 16,335 s/f lot, was most recently utilized as a group home.

The building was listed on the National Historic Register on September 20, 1989. The property was sold to the city of Quincy for the consideration of $700,000.

Jay Nuss of Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC was the sole broker in the transaction.
