279-289 Park St., which consists of 11-units, closed for $1.085 million. 202-204 Lawrence St. sold for $937,000 and consisted of six-units.

279-289 Park St. contains 11 units comprised of nine, two-bedroom/one-bathroom units and two one-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The property contains 8,720 s/f of livable space in 11,600 gross s/f on a 0.15-acre corner lot.

202-204 Lawrence Street - Lawrence, MA

202-204 Lawrence St. contains six units comprised of three four-bedroom/one-bathroom units and three three-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The property contains 8,166 s/f of livable space in 10,936 gross s/f on a 0.10-acre corner lot.

Both properties’ locations provide access to the area’s major highways – Rte. 28, I-93 and I-495.
