Norton joins Lincoln Property Company as a senior associate

Lincoln Property Co., has hired Mark Norton as a senior associate. At Lincoln Norton will focus on the Rte. 128 west and north markets. Prior to joining Lincoln Norton worked as a broker with the Grubb & Ellis Boston's suburban real estate team. His previous real estate experience includes an extensive career managing a team of real estate professionals in Cambridge, Mass. "We are excited to have Norton join our growing brokerage team. We look forward to his contribution to the success of our clients," said Michael Edward, senior vice president and head of brokerage for the Boston office of Lincoln. "Norton has been actively involved in tenant and landlord representation assignments, as well as development projects, in the Rte. 128 corridor and inner suburban Boston markets. We are confident that he will enhance our efforts in these markets and provide superior service to our clients and prospects." Norton is currently an active member of NAIOP and the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA). At Marist College, Norton received his bachelor's degree, where he was a member of an NCAA Division I finalist baseball program. "I was attracted to Lincoln Property Company's incredible reputation in the market place and their commitment and dedication to serving their clients," said Norton. "I'm very excited to join Lincoln Property Company and its suburban team."
