North Shore Realty Advisors, Inc. handles $7.85 million portfolio sale - purchased by Zanzibar Capital and sold by United Properties

Everett, MA North Shore Realty Advisors Inc. has completed the sale of a 27-unit portfolio purchased by Zanzibar Capital and sold by United Properties for the total sale price of $7.85 million. The properties consisted of 70 Bellingham St. in Chelsea, and 721 Broadway in Everett.

Eric Doroski, managing partner at Zanzibar Capital said, “We are excited by the opportunities that Chelsea and Everett offer, and are pleased to announce we have expanded our holdings to include this portfolio.” 

70 Bellingham is a three-story brick building consisting of 14 residential units with a unit mix of two one-bedrooms, seven two-bedrooms, and five three-bedroom units. The property has 10,900 rentable s/f and offers laundry facilities on-site. 70 Bellingham is in close proximity to public transit, multiple major throughfares and five miles from downtown Boston.

721 Broadway is a three-story mixed-use property consists of nine apartments and four commercial storefronts with visibility and traffic count. The property has 12,903 s/f of space. 721 Broadway is located on the corner of the main corridor of downtown at Broadway and Ferry St. in Glendale Sq.
