North Branch Construction awarded contract for Wolfeboro First Congregational Church renovation
North Branch Construction has been awarded the contract for the First Congregational Church of Wolfeboro. The current plan will include the demolition of about 3,800 s/f of the existing facilities above the lower level Fellowship Hall and kitchen, and over 6,500 s/f of new construction including a sanctuary and administrative offices. The project is scheduled to begin in April.
North Branch is looking forward to returning to the area after recently completing the phased $43 million additions and renovations to the Kingswood Regional High School, Middle School, and Technical Center. The historic renovation of the Wolfeboro Inn was also completed by North Branch Construction in 2009. Design for the First Congregational Church of Wolfeboro project is by G-V-V Architects located in Burlington, VT.
