North Branch Construction completes renovation to NFI North, Inc. group home in Manchester, NH

Manchester, NH North Branch Construction has completed renovations to the NFI North, Inc. property at 573 Maple St.

The 4,322 s/f multi-room Victorian group home and carriage house, previously serving as office space for a local law firm, underwent renovations to both the interior and exterior.

The resulting renovation will provide eight bedrooms, a new kitchen, additional bathrooms, exterior repairs, and site improvements to exterior walkways, lighting, and parking lot for clients of NFI North, Inc.

“North Branch is very pleased to complete this renovation with NFI North that will provide a safe, functional, and comfortable home for clients seeking support services from NFI North,” said Joseph Campbell, president of North Branch Construction.

NFI North, Inc., providing an array of services across Maine and New Hampshire, is an accredited, well-recognized, high quality, nonprofit organization providing specialized education, counseling, supported employment, care management, foster care, residential services, and other important services helping people living with mental illness or behavioral disorders.
