Normand joins Steffian Bradley Architects as an associate principal

Enfield, CT Elizabeth Normand, AIA, ACHA, has joined Steffian Bradley Architects as an associate principal. Normand is an accomplished healthcare architect with a commitment to design that enables healing and supports improved clinical outcomes.  She believes this is best achieved through evidence based design, application of her own experience, and a team-based approach.  Her projects have been defined by a collaborative process and relationship of trust with clients and end-users in order to bring the best possible design solutions to fruition.  While it is important to apply best practices, Normand believes that healthcare design is not one-size-fits-all and essential to good design is continuously learning from observation and discussion.

With nearly 15 years of experience across all project phases, from the earliest stages of project visioning through post-occupancy, Normand has worked on projects ranging in size from small tenant fit-outs to an 800,000 s/f replacement hospital.
She also has expertise in master-planning for hospital campuses and health networks. Normand has demonstrated leadership and innovation in her career and in the industry, advancing the practice of healthcare facility design.
