NOREL earn “Top Gun” award from Johnson Controls International

Waltham, MA At the Miami Autocall Authorized Distributor Conference, Johnson Controls International (JCI) presented NOREL with the “Top Gun” award for the highest sales of Autocall Fire Detection products. This award represents the top distributor amongst all distributors in North America for 2017-2018.

NOREL was chosen to distribute Autocall Fire Detection Systems in late 2017 just after JCI released the new fire detection suite of Autocall products. The top-of-the-line and future-ready Autocall products are built on legacy systems, are highly modular, and integrate with building management systems such as BACNet and Modbus. NOREL’s customers, mostly building owners and facilities managers/executives, appreciate the opportunity to view up-to-date, real-time, command center information using Autocall’s TrueSite advanced technology.

"The professionalism and responsiveness of the Norel team made our project for the full replacement of the fire safety system progress smoothly, on time, and within the established budget. This project, in a building over 100 years old, presented some unexpected challenges," said Amy Lawton regional manager, Maloney Properties, Inc.
