Nordlund Associates negotiate two building sales totaling $7.725 million

Wakefield, MA Chris Everest, president of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 2 Pleasure Island Rd., an 8,600 s/f office building located off of exit 42. The property, set on 0.57 acre, sold for $1.125 million. Everest represented both the buyer and the seller, Metropolitan Cabinets & Countertops and Symes Associates. 

Also, Everest, Kevin Olson, and Jack Fisher of Nordlund negotiated the sale of 58R Pulaski St. in peabody, a 167,680 s/f industrial building. The property, set on 6.64 acres, sold for $6.6 million. Everest represented the buyer, Falite Bros., Inc.
