Mutoh America Inc. and SMC Corp. executed 10,500 s/f of leases on the 1st floor of 99 Rosewood Dr., a 74,000 s/f office building.
Nordlund Associates, Inc. is the exclusive agency representing the owner, Construction Planning & Management (CPM) at 99 Rosewood Dr. Nordlund secured Mutoh America Inc. Cynthia Carney of Carney & Company. LLC represented SMC Corp. in the transaction.
CPM acquired the property in 2012, and working with Nordlund stabilized the asset by retaining the current tenants in the building, as well as leasing the entire 1st floor with SMC and Mutoh recent lease commencement. Recent capital improvements were put into the building including renovation of common bathrooms, repairs to roof, and ongoing renovations include a new fitness center, café, and training center.
