Nordlund Associates completes multiple deals on the North Shore region of MA

73 Ward Hill Avenue - Haverhill, MA

Haverhill, MA Nordlund Associates have completed multiple deals in the North Shore region of the state.

Nordlund completed the sale of 73 Ward Hill Ave. in Haverhill. The 17,876 s/f building on 1.68 acres was purchased by Cedar’s Mediterranean Foods, Inc.

According to the seller, Wicklow Realty, LLC, “We engaged Rick Bartley and Anthony Triglione, of Nordlund immediately after they identified a larger off-market property for us to purchase which would better suit our growing business. They confidently conveyed that properties of this size and type would be attractive in the market due to the limited supply of similar properties and a significant number of suitable potential buyers. Fortunately, the advice was accurate as multiple offers were procured quickly and the transaction proceeded smoothly to a successful closing.”

In addition, Nordlund Associates completed the sale of 34 South Hunt Rd. in Amesbury. The 37,500 s/f building on 4.23 acres was purchased by Wicklow Realty, LLC from Grow to Show, LLC.

According to the buyer, Wicklow Realty, “We engaged Rick Bartley and Anthony Triglione, of Nordlund to locate a property to facilitate the expansion of our company. The team worked diligently and successfully located this off-market opportunity with the potential to expand another approximately 10,000 s/f that will allow us to continue to grow the company.”

Nordlund Associates also completed two new leases at 11 Dory Rd. in Gloucester. Nordlund facilitated the transaction in both lease negotiations, working in collaboration with ownership EIP Dory LLC to accommodate Cape Seafoods Inc. and Cometeer Inc. to the property.
