Burlington, MA Nordblom Company has leased 8,400 s/f at Northwest Park. Tenants and their employees of Northwest Park have access to facilities, healthy lifestyle options, and the hottest amenities north of Boston including the new 3rd Ave. shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Condon Sullivan Wealth Management & Planning, a financial services firm, moved their headquarters to 2,410 s/f at 131 Middlesex Tpke. in Northwest Park. Having been a Burlington tenant for years, Condon Sullivan saw how Northwest Park has transformed into an amenity-rich office park and wanted to be close to 3rd Ave.

“Our office has been in the Burlington area for years now, and finding the right location for our new office was extremely important to us. When we found Northwest Park, and all the amenities it has to offer not only our employees, but also our clients traveling to our office, we knew it was where we wanted to be. They can now pop across the street and grab a bite at one of the five restaurants or grocery shop at Wegmans,” said owners Matthew Condon and Thomas Sullivan.

Mack Designer Hardware, a high-end door and cabinet hardware showroom, has opened their showroom at 164 Middlesex Tpke. in Northwest Park. As their first location, Mack Designer Hardware wanted to be a part of all the other home good stores at 3rd Ave. including Boston Interiors, Dover Rug & Home, FLOR, Kohler, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, and The Shade Store.

“We were looking for a location for our showroom that would be convenient for our customers. There is no high end hardware showroom like this North of Boston, so Burlington was a great fit. We were thrilled when we found our new location at Northwest Park, and we are excited to be within walking distance to the established home improvements and home goods already open at 3rd Ave. 3rd Ave. now really is a one stop shop for interior designers and homeowners. You can stop by and shop for window treatments, flooring, furniture etc. and now you can add high end cabinet and door hardware to the list,” said owners Kris and Kenneth Jong.

Home to leaders in the medical, healthcare, communications, science, and technology fields, Northwest Park is comprised of dynamic flexible spaces, innovative floor plans, and convenient access to major highways and public transportation. Boasting unmatched amenities, Northwest Park connects business with lifestyle.
