Nordblom Co. and Nordic Properties acquire $212 million One Network Dr.
Nordblom Co. and Nordic Properties have acquired One Network Dr. at Northwest Park from Sun Microsystems for $212 million.
The 805,000 s/f purchase includes space for another 570,000 s/f rentable space which has already been permitted.
The 158 acre campus is adjacent to Nordblom's 140 acre Northwest Park. Sun Microsystems has leased back 450,000 s/f.
Jones Lang LasSalle managing directors Michael Smith and Cappy Daume, with senior vice presidents Scott Jamieson and Gail McDonough represented the seller and procured the buyer.
