Nordblom Co. affliate closes on Palomar Medical's 8.35 acre sale
Network Drive at Northwest Park welcomes its newest corporate headquarters to the campus. Nordblom Co. and its affiliate, Nordic Properties, closed a transaction with Palomar Medical Technologies for 8.35 acres.
Construction will commence on a 130,000 s/f, three-story class A office building with a 50,000 s/f expansion planned. As a leading researcher and developer of light-based systems for cosmetic treatments, Palomar will relocate its headquarters and expand its operation to Network Dr. upon the new facility's completion in early 2010. Built to corp. headquarters standards, Network Dr. at Northwest Park is an 805,000 s/f office park with 500,000 s/f of further planned development on 158 acres.
