Nolan of H. Pearce Commercial sells 55 Middletown Ave. - 7,743 s/f
Chris Nolan, senior commercial associate of H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of a two-story, 7,743 s/f commercial office building on .59 acre of land, located at 55 Middletown Ave.
The sale price was in excess of $335,000. Nolan represented the buyer and seller.
The buyer, Granite Property Holdings, LLC plans to completely renovate the facility and will make the newly finished space available to potential tenants for occupancy. The property is located very close to I-91.
Attorney Lloyd Lowinger of Avon, Conn. represented the seller, Wells Fargo, National Association, while attorney Joseph Vitale of Cheshire represented Granite Property Holdings.
