Burgess Properties Inc.has brokered a lease between owner, Eastern Industrial Malden, LLC, and Art of the Event.
Art of the Event is a rapidly growing event production company, and plans to relocate from their current Reading headquarters to 19,305 SF of office and warehouse space at 730 Eastern Ave. Stephen Nohrden of Burgess Props. was the sole broker in the transaction.
