Newmark Knight Frank completes five new office leases totaling 64,572 s/f for Campanelli-TriGate

Stoughton, MA According to Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), executive managing director Michael Frisoli, senior managing director Richard (Tyler) McGrail and associate Margaret Fee have completed 64,572 s/f in office lease transactions on behalf of owner, Campanelli-TriGate, at 100 Technology Center Dr. in Stoughton, and 250 Royall St. in Canton.

The team completed a 25,529 s/f lease to Comtech Telecommunications, a 6,051 s/f lease to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton for administrative offices and a 3,808 s/f lease expansion for Diesel Direct at 100 Technology Center Dr. within the 188,311 s/f office building, named 100 Tech. 

In neighboring Canton, the team completed a 22,830 s/f lease for national engineering firm Woodard & Curran and a 6,389 s/f lease for software technology company Softrax, a division of Gold Acquisition Corp., at 250 Royall St. 250 Royall is a three-story, 187,000 s/f, newly revitalized, amenity rich office property with a first class workplace setting focused on supporting the corporate goals of its tenants and facilitating their ability to recruit and retain the best employees.
