Nitsch names new board of directors/shareholders

Boston, MA Nitsch Engineering continues ownership and governance transition, with one new member joining the board of directors and two new shareholders.

Andres Repetto, director of IT, has joined Nitsch Engineering’s board of directors. The seven-person board of directors is elected by the firm’s shareholders and is responsible for overall direction and strategic vision of the firm. The other board members are president and CEO Lisa Brothers, PE, ENV SP, LEED AP BD+C (chair of the board); senior project manager Deborah Danik, PE, CPESC, LEED AP BD+C (vice chair of the board); vice president and CFO Deirdra Taylor, CPA; vice president and director of civil engineering Aaron Gallagher, PE, CFM, LEED AP; senior project manager Stephen Farr, PE, ENV SP, LEED Green Associate; and project manager Jennifer Johnson, PE, CFM, CPSWQ, LEED AP.

Survey project manager Jeffrey Campbell, PLS and planning project manager Brian Creamer, AICP, SITES AP have become shareholders of Nitsch Engineering.
