The Cottages at River Hill - West Newbury, MA The Cottages at River Hill - West Newbury, MA

West Newbury, MA Cottage Advisors, LLC, a family-owned building and design company with a regional office in Westford, Mass., has selected Nickerson Real Estate Partners (NickersonRE) as its new residential sales and marketing team for The Cottages at River Hill.

Led by founder Lisa Nickerson and director ofsales Sharon Viens, NickersonRE is a Waltham-based, full-service real estate firm that represents premier single and multi-family developments throughout New England. With deep relationships in the real estate brokerage community, the firm offers a unique approach to sales and marketing with a full-suite of in-house services including public relations, social/digital media, creative, and event management.

“In competitive markets, the successful sale of real estate takes more than just relationships and local area knowledge,” said Viens. “It takes an integrated strategy including a seasoned sales team, solid press relationships, innovative social media tactics, a user-friendly website, and polished print materials. NickersonRE provides this exact system from a single integrated team and has a successful track record of generating a high-volume of sales in community-based projects like The Cottages at River Hill.”

Located conveniently off I-95 and I-495, The Cottages at River Hill is a 30-acre community that blends the lifestyle of pocket neighborhood living with right-sized homes and modern design. Nestled within a picturesque landscape, each custom home boasts quality craftsmanship paired with views of the countryside, a common neighborhood “pocket park,” miles of walking trails that connect to neighboring communities, and a 500-foot walk to downtown.

The Cottages at River Hill offers six styles of homes, which range from 1,200 – 1,800 square-feet (sf) of open living space. Buyers have the option to choose between two and three-bedroom homes, each featuring two-and-a-half baths and deluxe amenities including state-of-the-art kitchens (with stainless steel Energy-Star appliances), private rear decks & patios. Larger floor plans also include the option for a finished lower level.

“The popularity and practicality of right-sized homes and cottage-style developments are key factors for the success of The Cottages at River Hill,” said Chip Hall, Senior Vice President of Cottage Advisors. “We are already seeing tremendous interest from a variety of buyers in search of a true community versus a standard subdivision. The Cottages at River Hill meets this demand and our partnership with NickersonRE is already paying off with two homes sold in our first week of working together.”

With 18 of its 30 homes already sold in the first two phases of development, and two new homes sold in the last week, The Cottages at River Hill has just 12 lots remaining for reservation. As the community moves into its third, and final, phase of construction, Cottage Advisors and NickersonRE expect interest in the property to remain high.

For more information and/or to schedule a private showing, please contact Sharon Viens, Director of Sales, NickersonRE at 978-308-9102, email via RiverHill@CottageAdvisors.com, or visitwww.cottagesatriverhill.com
