Nickerson places $14.484m loan for the construction of a Big Y
Doug Nickerson, Nickerson Financial Corporation, has placed a loan on behalf of Merchant Wilbraham II, LLC in the amount of $14.484 million for the construction of a Big Y supermarket. The supermarket will consist of 63,850 s/f and is located on Boston Rd.
Nickerson said, "We were pleased to have had the opportunity to work with the owners in placing this transaction. with a lender who not only recognized the quality of the tenant but also the high degree of professional management that our clients bring to the transaction."
The construction loan has a term of 12 months.
