The ownership and newly appointed leasing team for the four-story, 32,500 s/f premier office building, The Anchorage, located at 660 Steamboat Rd., are looking to showcase its newly designed "green" modifications, upscale design changes and infrastructure. Ed Tonnessen of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Silver Point Capital in the transaction. Silver Point Capital is in company with Blue Harbour Group and Withers Bergman, an international law firm with offices in New York, Hartford and London; and Titan Worldwide. We also welcome our new leasing team headed by Stephen Banker of Newmark Knight Frank, who will be supported by James Ritman and Paul Gojkovich III. The team's knowledge and expertise in the Greenwich market is unparalleled."
