The ownership and newly appointed leasing team for the four-story, 32,500 s/f premier office building, The Anchorage, located at 660 Steamboat Rd., are looking to showcase its newly designed "green" modifications, upscale design changes and infrastructure. Its waterside location presents views of Greenwich Harbor and the Long Island Sound.
Already, Steamboat Road Associates, LLC, the management group comprised of three generations of family members including Stuart, Steve, and Mark Berni, with Arielle and Jon Lampert, have renewed private investment firm Silver Point Capital, LP's 10,913 s/f office lease for the entire third floor. Ed Tonnessen of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Silver Point Capital in the transaction.
Silver Point Capital is in company with Blue Harbour Group and Withers Bergman, an international law firm with offices in New York, Hartford and London; and Titan Worldwide.
Stuart Berni, managing partner/owner of The Anchorage, said, "We are very pleased to execute this new lease with Silver Point Capital and are excited about the conservation changes - the tenants are thrilled. We also welcome our new leasing team headed by Stephen Banker of Newmark Knight Frank, who will be supported by James Ritman and Paul Gojkovich III. The team's knowledge and expertise in the Greenwich market is unparalleled."
