Newmark facilitates 84,911 s/f in leases at The
Gutierrez Co.’s Westford Technolgy Park

Westford, MA Newmark has secured 84,911 s/f of office leases at Westford Technology Park, a class A office and R&D campus in the Rte. 495 submarket. The transactions included 54,000 s/f of renewals across tenants Nvidia, American Fujikura Limited and Sentry at 2 Westford Technology Park, as well as 31,000 s/f of new leases to Future Electronics and Crown Castle at 1 and 5 Westford Technology Park. The leasing momentum reflects the diversity and resilience of the submarket over the last 12 months.

Newmark executive managing directors Torin Taylor, Richard Ruggiero and Matthew Adams and senior managing director Rory Walsh are the exclusive leasing agents for the property and represented ownership, The Gutierrez Company, a Burlington-based real estate owner and developer.
