Newmark completes 116,145 s/f leasing in Campanelli’s portfolio

Boston, MA Newmark has completed 116,145 s/f of leasing activity across Campanelli’s Massachusetts office portfolio. Newmark senior managing director Tyler McGrail, vice chairman Mike Frisoli and associate Margaret Fee represented the owner, Campanelli, in the leasing.

Since the beginning of the second quarter of 2021, thirteen leases have been signed. New leases totaled 59,184 s/f, including tenants Aqua-Leisure and PRIME AE Group at 100 Technology Center Dr. in Stoughton; Transamerica and Solera Holdings at 250 Royall St. in Canton; and Bay State Physical Therapy at 161 Worcester Rd. in Framingham. Lease renewals totaled 32,017 s/f and included tenants ReBuild, Greater Boston Urology, Robert Half, FX, Sustainable Energy, Movement Mortgage, Carewell and Connexion.

Prior to the second quarter of 2021, three leases totaling 24,944 s/f were signed to Blume Global at 250 Royall St., and Aerotek and Moriarty Troyer & Malloy at Adams Place.

“We are very pleased with the volume of leasing that has been completed in the Campanelli portfolio over the past few months. It is a testament to Campanelli’s strength as a landlord to efficiently strike deals and attract class A tenants in its 128 South and Metrowest market assets, alike,” said McGrail.
