New England Retail Properties signs Aspen Dental to 3,104 s/f

On behalf of Aspen Dental, New England Retail Properties, Inc. negotiated a lease for 3,104 s/f in Gateway Plaza. Located in a major retail corridor on Deming St. at the intersection of Hale Rd., Gateway Plaza is a 51,472 s/f shopping center anchored by Walgreens; and other retailers include Panera Bread, FedEx/Kinko's, Applebees Sprint and T-Mobile. Aspen Dental, based in East Syracuse, N.Y., has in excess of 140 locations. They provide affordable denture and dental care services in addition to cosmetic and general dentristy, oral surgery, teeth whitening, fillings, crowns and bridges. New England Retail Properties, Inc. is the exclusive tenant representative for Aspen Dental in Connecticut and also the exclusive listing agent for the landlord, Redmond Manchester Properties, LLC. Matt Halprin of New England Retail Properties, Inc. represented the landlord and Jeff Streett of New England Retail Properties, Inc. represented the tenant.
