New England Retail Properties leases 4,700 s/f at Staples Plaza
New England Retail Properties, Inc., has leased 4,700 s/f in the Staples Plaza located at 1145 Colony Rd. to Empire Wine & Liquor Superstore. This property is exclusively listed by New England Retail Properties. Joseph Baranowski and Matthew Halprin represented CT Properties, LLC in the transaction.
The Staples plaza is located on North Colony Road and is home to such retailers as Home Depot, Lowe's, BJ's Wholesale Club, Kohl's, Marshalls and Big Y Supermarket.
New England Retail Properties, Inc. is a commercial retail brokerage firm that has been in business since 1987 and exclusively represents over four million s/f of retail space, along with several national retail tenants in all major markets of New England.
