New England Hotel Realty hires Vahey as a director of real estate business development

Portsmouth, NH New England Hotel Realty (NEHR) has hired Shane Vahey as a director of real estate business development. Vahey comes to NEHR with over 15 years of experience within NYC and the N.E. area. He holds a brokers license in all six N.E. states and has brokered deals and helped to secure financing for dispositions and acquisitions alike. His vast experience of effectively representing clients is a unique attribute and important distinction that sets Vahey and NEHR apart.

In Vahey’s role at NEHR, he will assist owners contemplating disposition by providing a customized suite of market-based analytical reports for their decision-making. He will also provide a complimentary opinion of value estimating what an asset might bring in today’s marketplace and assist in developing a strategic disposition plan.
