New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the seller, Batstone, LLC, while O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the buyer in the sale.
468 Great Road is a multi tenanted, two-story, wood frame office building totaling 14,845 s/f with 2.87 acres. The property is located near Rtes. 2, 27 and I-495.
