Scott Hughes, president, and John Hughes IV, associate of New Dover Associates, Inc., Framingham brokered the sale of 25 Union Ave on behalf of the seller, Chiswick Park LLC, for the purchase price of $1.775 million.
New Dover Associates, Inc. also procured the buyer, Gold Brick Development LLC, in the sale transaction. 25 Union Ave., a modern single story warehouse building totaling 33,504 s/f and situated on five acres is located off Rte. 20 and the entire building, which can be subdivided, is available for lease. New Dover Associates, Inc. is the exclusive leasing agent for 25 Union Ave.
