New Boston Fund signs two tenants to The Exchange totaling 10,096 s/f
New Boston Fund, Inc. has added two tenants to The Exchange, its three-story, 250,000 s/f office building at 270 Farmington Ave. Jones Lang LaSalle is the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
TRO Jung/Brannen, an international architecture, interior design, engineering and master planning firm, has signed a lease for 6,318 s/f at the property. RÄ“ Life Spa for Women, a day spa with Reiki and life balance coaching, also signed a lease for 3,778 s/f.
"We are pleased to have such high quality tenants at The Exchange," says Dale Reese, regional vice president at New Boston's Hartford office.
The building is comprised of primarily natural materials which have helped generate interest among tenants looking for sustainable 'green' features in their new office location.
"As one of Greater Hartford's most recognizable properties, The Exchange was a desirable location for us," says Philip Koeniger, AIA, managing principal at TRO Jung/Brannen.
The Exchange is accessible from I-84 and Rte. 9 and situated near West Hartford Center and the newly developed Blue Back Sq.
