Neubert, Pepe & Monteith attorneys selected for 2023 CT Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists

New Haven, CT Neubert, Pepe & Monteith, P.C. has had ten of the firm’s attorneys selected to the 2023 Connecticut Super Lawyers and Super Lawyers Rising Stars lists.

Selected to the 2023 Connecticut Super Lawyers list are: Robert Flynn, business litigation; Kevin Godbout, professional liability: defense; Matthew Horowitz, professional liability: defense; Andrew Lubin, real estate; Michael Neubert, personal injury medical malpractice: defense; and Douglas Skalka, bankruptcy: business.

Selected to the 2023 Connecticut Super Lawyers Rising Stars list are: Jane Elaine Ballerini, real estate; Dennis Carnelli, civil rights; Joshua Joy, personal injury general: defense; and Marc Miller, business litigation.

Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

No more than 5% of the lawyers in Connecticut are selected by Super Lawyers annually. Only 2.5% of Connecticut attorneys are selected as Rising Stars.
