Nesson of Press/Cuozzo brokers $587,000 sale of five ind./flex condos

According to Stephen Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Joel Nesson, senior commercial advisor, has sold five industrial flex condominiums at 29 North Plains Hwy. The condo units at Phoenix Park, Units 12 through 16, are a total of approximately 9,750 s/f. The units are tenanted with two tenants: one tenant in Units 12 and 13 and a second tenant in Units 14, 15 and 16. The new owner expects to utilize Units 14 through 16 which are currently available for sublet. Nesson represented the seller, 29 North Plains Highway, LLC, and procured the buyer, KLM, LLC.
