Some of the world's leading authorities on green building and renewable energy will share their knowledge at the 33rd Building Energy Conference and Trade Show (BuildingEnergy08), March 11-13, at Boston's Seaport World Trade Center. BuildingEnergy has offered solutions and advice on how to achieve reductions in energy consumption. NESEA's years of experience have helped the organization to develop solutions that not only help to reduce building emissions, but also help to reduce the impact of rising energy costs. "Tools, Actions, and Solutions," the theme for NESEA's BuildingEnergy08, will feature over 150 experts in the fields of sustainable energy and green building. F.L. Andrew Padian of Steven Winter Assoc. and chair of BuildingEnergy08 said, "A spectacular committee put together the best professionals in the field from across the Northeast and internationally to present the best sustainable buildings and the real stories behind the design, construction, and post-occupancy results." NESEA's BuildingEnergy08 also has additional features. There is a free public forum on Tues., March 11, The Boston Green Tea Party: An Energy Revolution! which will be moderated for the third year by Jim Braude, host of NECN's NewsNight and co-host of Eagan and Braude, 96.9 FM.
