North Easton Savings Bank named #1 top workplace in mid-size business category by Boston Globe

Easton, MA North Easton Savings Bank has been ranked the #1 Top Workplace for 2022 in the mid-size business category by the Boston Globe.

In addition to taking the Top Workplace spot, the bank also earned recognition in the Top Workplaces Culture Excellence, Employee Appreciation, Employee Well-Being, and Professional Development categories.

The annual study, developed by the research company Energage, bases the awards solely on employee feedback and surveying. 

“It’s quite an honor to be named to this prestigious list and particularly exciting to achieve the top spot in our category,” said Rich Spencer, president and CEO of North Easton Savings Bank. “We strive to provide an engaging environment for our employees and believe success comes from empowering our people; we support them in their decision-making so they can focus on doing what’s right for the customer and the community along the way.”
