NEREJ’s One-on-One with Rick Kaplan

Norwell, MA New England Real Estate Journal launched a new YouTube show called NEREJ One-on-One with Rick Kaplan. They will be producing one interview weekly and you can find the show @ NEREJ One on One. 

Rick’s recent interview with Peter Hosford of EBI Consulting discusses protecting your tenants, employees and visitors from viruses.

The second interview with Harry Wheeler of GroupOne Partners, discusses hotel & hospitality designs and how GroupOne Partners and their clients are coping with Covid-19. 

Upcoming  Interviews: Rick talks with Doug Reed of Meridian Associates discussing how having a business plan in place for handling situations like a recession or a pandemic. 

Also, Rick will interview Elizabeth Krol of Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., to discuss what types of property inspections should be conducted during building vacancies and lockdown scenarios.
