NEREJ to host South of Boston Summit at The Lantana on March 20th

Randolph, MA The New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) will host the South of Boston Summit on March 20th at The Lantana, 43 Scanlon Dr. To attend please register at: www.ss2019.eventbrite.com. Earlybird tickets ordered before March 15th cost $89. After March 15th, tickets cost $119.

From 8 - 8:45 a.m. there will be registration and a buffet breakfast. Then from 8:45 - 9 a.m. keynote and welcome remarks by Richard Beal of A.W. Perry.

The first panel: “Changing South Shore Commercial Properties: Retail, Transit, Industrial & Residential Forces at Play” – will be held from 9 - 10 a.m. Panelists include: Moderator, Peter Forman of South Shore Chamber of Commerce; Patrick Brady of Cornerstone Realty Capital; David Gilmore of Pyramid Management Group; and Josh Katzen of Forest Properties.

The second panel: “Business Trends: Who is Moving in and Who is Moving Out?” will be held from 10 - 11 a.m. Panelists include: Moderator, Peter Abair of MassEcon; David Ellis of Ellis Realty Advisors; Tim Cahill of Quincy Chamber of Commerce; and Steven Kelly of Timberline Construction.

There will be a roundtable discussion at 11a.m. on South Shore 2030 with Peter Forman of South Shore Chamber of Commerce; and a Hanover Mall update with Ed Callahan of PREP Property Group. Then from 11:30 till noon there will be networking.
