NEREJ to host Northern New England State of the Market Summit on July 11th

Portsmouth, NH The New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) will host the Northern New England State of the Market Summit on July 11th at the Portsmouth Harbor Events & Conference Center, 100 Deer St.

Come and meet old friends, create new contacts, or learn something new during a breakfast buffet and enjoy the two one-hour panels from professionals on how the world is changing in the commercial real estate market.

From 8 – 9 a.m. is registration and a buffet breakfast. 

The first panel will be held from 9 – 10 a.m. and topics include: New development updates, engineering and architecture. Panelists include:  Moderator - Philip Cote of USI Insurance Services; Josh Levy of Waterstone Properties Group; Dave Fenstermacher of VHB; and John Sokul of Hinckley Allen.

The second panel will be held from 10 -11 a.m. and topics include: Housing, building and finance. Panelists include: Moderator - Eric Tolbert Kilchenstein of Devine Millimet; Kent White of The Boulos Company; Lisa DeStefano of DeStefano Maugel Architects; and Rebecca Perkins of city of Portsmouth.

From 11 a.m. to 12 noon there will be networking.
