NEREJ & M3 Summit to focus on cleantech solutions for sustainable growth at collaborative event on September 26

Bedford, MA The 2024 NEREJ & M3 Real Estate Summit is dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation while addressing the importance of cleantech in driving sustainable development. This highly anticipated event, brought together by The New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) and Middlesex 3 Coalition (M3), will take place on Thursday, September 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Redgate’s newly renovated Riverwalk Labs, 14 Oak Park Dr.

Massachusetts has always been at the forefront of innovative technology. By developing cleantech solutions, businesses and municipalities will increase efficiency, attract eco-conscious investors, and help their regions meet regulatory requirements. This summit will foster solutions that support sustainable growth in the Commonwealth.

Experts on economic development and public policy will anchor the program, including keynote speakers Sarah Stanton, undersecretary of economic strategies for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Economic Development, and Mark Melnick, director of economic and public policy research at the UMass Donahue Institute.

Alongside keynote presentations, the summit features panel discussions, networking sessions and the Green Expo, which  will spotlight sustainable resources, products and services.

“Given the sensitivity to the environment, we need to develop efficient ways to advance innovation through robust collaboration with the goal being more environmentally responsive processes,” said Robert Buckley, senior partner Riemer & Braunstein and Middlesex 3 Coalition board member. “We are looking forward to gaining insight where the thought leaders in these  emerging industries are moving and the various challenges they are facing.”

The summit is expected to draw a diverse group of professionals from across the real estate and cleantech sectors, all united by a shared goal of promoting sustainability and innovation in their respective fields. Attendees will leave with actionable insights and strategies to implement eco-friendly practices in their own businesses and communities.

“We are looking forward to hosting this event at Riverwalk Labs. We are developing flexible space with the infrastructure and amenities to attract these growing, innovative companies,” says Reid Joseph, principal, Redgate. “Cleantech companies are tackling tremendous challenges for all of us and we are looking to create more sustainable spaces to facilitate their continued progress towards innovative solutions.”

Tickets are still available for M3 members ($99) and non-members ($129). For more information or to register for the 2024 NEREJ & M3 Real Estate Summit, please visit https://www.middlesex3.com/nerej-summit or contact Rich Pizzuti at rpizzuti@middlesex3.com.
