NEREJ and South Shore Chamber to host South of Boston Summit - March 28 at The Lantana, Randolph

Randolph, MA The South Shore Chamber of Commerce and the New England Real Estate Journal (NEREJ) have teamed up to co-host the inaugural South of Boston Summit. The event will be held on Wednesday March 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The Lantana, 43 Scanlon Dr.

The half-day program will offer updates on current commercial projects, provide economic development insight, networking opportunities and vendor engagement.

The summit will begin with networking and breakfast at 8:30 a.m., followed by a presentation and discussion program schedule: 

• 9-10 a.m.: Market overview, banker, broker and construction

• 10-11 a.m.: Current development projects

• 11 a.m. - Noon: Economic development

• Noon - 1 p.m.: Networking with speakers and attendees.

Summit speakers will include James Dunphy of South Shore Bank; Keith Shaw of Delphi Construction Inc.; Matt Barry of LStar Ventures; Richard Beal of AW Perry; Peter Forman with the South Shore Chamber of Commerce; Judi Barrett from the Town of Plymouth; Michael Gallerani with Brockton 21st Century; and Robert Stevens of the city of Quincy.

“We’re excited to co-host the first South of Boston Summit and welcome so many outstanding business and governmental leaders who will share information and perspectives of the present and future commercial real estate development in the South Shore region,” said Forman, president and CEO of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce.
